Coaste de porc la cuptor (Reteta Video)

Marinate indelung, fierte inainte, facute pe gratar sau inabusite, coaste de porc sunt definitia unei fripturi aromate si gustoase. Sunt minunate pe gratar, dar cand vremea nu ne lasa sa le savuram in tihna, putem obtine rezultate impresionante daca le gatim si in cuptorul aragazului. Reteta de coaste de porc la cuptor se pregateste repede, cu ingrediente accesibile si este extrem de simpla! Deci sa trecem la treaba….si apoi sa savuram….

INGREDIENTE

  • 1,5 kg. de coaste de porc spalate si sterse
  • 2 linguri cu mustar
  • 2 linguri cu pasta de rosii
  • 2 linguri cu miere
  • 4 linguri cu ulei de masline
  • 3 catei de usturoi curatati si spalati
  • 10 fire de cimbru spalate
  • 6-7 frunze de salvie spalate
  • o lingurita cu boia
  • sare
  • piper proaspat macinat
  • 4-5 linguri cu apa
Portii: 5
Timp de preparare: sub 90 minute

MOD DE PREPARARE RETETA Coaste de porc la cuptor (Reteta Video):

Tocam marunt cimbrul si frunzele de salvie. Pregatim un bol mare in care zdrobim usturoiul. Adaugam salvia, cimbrul, mustarul, pasta de rosii, mierea, uleiul de masline si boia de ardei. Condimentam cu sare si piper macinat. Amestecam bine toate ingredientele pana cand obtinem o pasta.

Punem coastele de porc in pasta pregatita si le ungem bine. Acoperim bolul cu folie alimentara si il introducem in frigider pentru minim o ora.

Dupa aproximativ 45 de minute, incalzim cuptorul si pregatim o tava. Scoatem carnea de porc marinata din frigider si o asezam in tava pregatita.

Turnam peste bucatile de coaste cele 4-5 linguri cu apa si punem deasupra sosul ramas in bol. Introducem tava in cuptorul incalzit pentru aproximativ 45 de minute.

Din cand in cand scoatem vasul din cuptor si stropim coastele de porc cu sosul din tava.

Cand carnea este rumenita si se indeparteaza usor de pe oase, scoatem preparatul din cuptor.

Servim cald, cu garnitura preferata si salate sau muraturi.

Salata Caesar cu pui

Salata Caesar este una dintre cele mai faimoase salate din lume. Si ca orice salata respectabila are propria ei bucatica de istorie. Povestea incepe in America anilor ’20 in restaurantul lui Caesar Cardini, un imigrant italian care avea restaurante in Mexic si America. Conform fiicei lui Cardini, acesta a inventat reteta dupa ce aglomeratia de 4 iulie i-a golit bucataria de ingrediente si a trebuit sa se descurce cu ce avea la indemana pentru a servi in continuare mesenilor.

Se pare ca reteta initiala continea felii de salata, oua si ulei de masline, iar Cardini era impotriva folosirii fileului de ansoa in salata sa. Astazi exista multiple feluri de Salata Caesar ele continand file de ansoa, crutoane, capere, pui si alte ingrediente.

Ingredients

  • salata verde – 1 bucata mare
  • copane de pui – 4 bucati, dezosate, se poate folosi si piept
  • Pentru crutoane:
  • paine – 5-6 felii
  • ulei de masline – 2 linguri
  • Pentru dressing:
  • lamaie – 1/2 bucata, zeama
  • parmezan – 100 grame (2 linguri)
  • file de ansoa – doua bucati
  • usturoi – 1 catel
  • ou – 1 bucata
  • mustar dijon – 1 lingurita
  • ulei – 100 ml, 2 -3 linguri
  • sare – dupa gust
  • piper – dupa gust

 

Instructions

Sa facem mai intai crutoanele:

  • Preincalziti cuptorul. Taiati feliile de paine in cubulete si puneti-le in tava de la aragaz acoperita cu hartie de copt. Condimentati cu sare si piper si picurati ulei de masline peste ele. Amestecati-le ca sa se condimenteze bine. Coaceti-le cam 10 minute, intorcandu-le ocazional, pana devin aurii.

  • Taiem puiul in bucatele si il condimentam cu sare si piper. Incalziti ulei intr-o tigaie si rumeniti puiul. Cand este gata il scoateti pe o farfurie si il pastrati la cald.

Dressing-ul:

  • Mai intai facem un pic de maioneza. Folosind mixerul batem galbenusul de la ou cu mustar si un pic de sare. Adaugam treptat ulei pana maioneza devine consistenta. Adaugam si cateva picaturi de lamaie, dupa gust.

  • Dupa ce am terminat maioneza adaugam peste ea parmezanul, fileurile de ansoa si catelul de usturoi. Le pasam folosind un blender pana se omogenizeaza.

  • Salata se spala bine si se rupe in fasii. Punem peste ea crutoanele, puiul si dressingul si amestecam bine.
